| Description | This highly interactive course will focus on the exploration and application of principles, concepts and skills required to lead and coach from multiple perspectives and workplace practice settings. Students will explore positive leadership initiatives and skills that will help them develop an understanding of common organizational issues, with a vision to cultivate and promote workplace cultures that are empowering, resilient, culturally diverse and inclusive. This course will also assist students to uncover their own leadership style and to create strategies and action plans to move toward their professional career aspirations. |
