| Description | This course will reinforce and build on the job readiness skills acquired in BFHT 109. It is designed to help develop learning skills and life skills essential to enhance personal, professional and learning potential. Students will have the opportunity to examine a range of tools, techniques and resources that will help acquire self-development competencies. Students will develop goals and work on strategies to achieve them. This course offers opportunity to analyze, review, and evaluate one's own personality traits, values, strengths, learning styles and abilities to grow both personally and professionally. |
