| Description | Examine the structure of the Ontario court system, the stages of litigation, pleadings, motions, discovery, trial, judgement and enforcement. Also, examine the various rules of court, particularly the Rules of Civil Procedure for the Ontario Court. Prerequisite: CELC-914 (materials fee included; textbook extra) |
