| Description | This module introduces arts and stage management skills and techniques within two broad areas. The role of the stage manager is explored at different points in the life of a theatre piece, from the first rehearsal to calling the closing show. There is also specific focus given to the skills required for managing arts organizations or a roster of artists. Roles explored in this area include artist manager, agent and arts council manager.
