| Description | Management accounting refers to the use of accounting systems and records to provide decision-making information to managers. Student will learn to focus on internal stakeholders and their needs for accurate, reliable and timely financial analysis. In this course students will identify the concepts and analytical tools used by management to understand the current business, develop plans and budgets for future business initiatives as well to rate and evaluate alternative investment options. |
