| Description | The student will identify managerial skills and techniques required for a career in the healthcare field. Students will identify and analyze the concepts and principles of safety, the management process, communications process, concepts and principles for morale, job stress, job conflict, time management, diversity management, critical thinking, problem solving and decision making. |
