| Description | This is a survey course, which introduces students to key aspects of management theory and practice. Participants utilize a variety of analytical frameworks to analyze problems and produce viable solutions. They critically assess and apply different planning, organizing, leading and controlling strategies in a variety of organizational and environmental settings. Ample opportunities are provided for students to develop and practice their analytical and decision making skills. Critical thinking in assessing both management theory and practice is stressed throughout the course. |
