| Description | This is a survey course, which introduces students to key aspects of management theory and practice. Participants utilize a variety of analytical frameworks to analyze problems and produce viable solutions. They critically assess and apply different planning, organizing, leading and controlling strategies in a variety of organizational and environmental settings. Ample opportunities are provided for students to develop and practice their analytical and decision-making skills. Critical thinking in assessing both management theory and practice is stressed throughout the course. |
