In this course, you will learn about the nature of services, strategies to manage service operations, issues in planning and controlling service capacities, location issues, waiting line theory and labour scheduling. You will apply the theory to managing retail businesses, knowledge-based services, and warehousing and distribution organizations. (materials fee included; textbook extra)
