| Description | This course builds upon the content and skills of the previous massage theory and practice courses as well as Biomechanics and Orthopedic Assessment. The major focus becomes the analysis of orthopedic testing and the application of treatment of pathophysiological processes of musculoskeletal system studied concurrently. Critical thinking skills are employed to deduce the best care for the presentation of the client. Sports massage is explored both in theory and practice. Concurrent laboratory experience compliments the theory component. |
