| Description | This course continues the process begun in the preceding Massage Theory and Practice course. The student is encouraged to apply critical thinking skills to deduce the best possible care of the client. Assessment skills are developed to assist the learner to identify and respond appropriately to situations where massage therapy may be contraindicated. Concurrent laboratory practice reinforces theory base and expands the student’s skill level. |
