| Description | This laboratory course builds upon the knowledge and skills developed in Microbiology Project 2. With individual consultation, guidance and supervision, students will select and design a scientific protocol and perform a microbiology experiment of nine weeks duration using researched information. Each student will learn how to manage time and resources by keeping a detailed log of all methods, materials and results. Student will produce a final thesis in a currently acceptable scientific format and will present and defend their project orally in the presence of peers and professors. |
