| Description | This hands-on duo will give you a basic knowledge of beer, wine and liquor, and will teach you how to prepare drinks and serve alcoholic beverages. Included is SmartServe® Ontario’s own certification for the responsible service of liquor. Though offered contiguously, both courses are available separately. Prepare to mix and serve alcoholic products for fun or profit. |
