Description | In this capstone course, students will gain hands-on application development experience by working with an industry partner in a mobile application project related to their career choices or on their own project. Students will be required to work in teams to design and implement a complete application, create the artifacts design by applying agile software development methodologies and project management principles. The project must involve teamwork, oral and written communication skills, problem-solving, documentation, and research skills. Possible areas of investigation can include mobile social networks, mobile health informatics, mobile game development, mobile cloud computing, mobile augmented reality, and context-awareness. Students can choose to develop applications for the iPhone or Android platform. |
