| Description | This course introduces standard networking management concepts and techniques. Starting with the concept of Management Information Base (MIB) and how it is relevant to a Network Management System (NMS), the course leads up to the management techniques such as RMON1, RMON2, Desktop Management, Web-based Management and SNMPv1/2/3. The students will have the opportunity to demonstrate these concepts and techniques in a hands-on lab environment using state of the art tools and systems available. |
