| Description | Students will consider the steps and decisions involved in starting and building a successful business. Using a business simulation framework, students will explore entrepreneurial attributes and learn through experiment the actual day to day start-up operation of a new business. As the simulation progresses, real world problems of managing personnel, marketing products, and managing cash flow are encountered. Students apply business concepts and make business decisions in this dynamic, integrative environment that may have long-term consequences for their ventures. Through the implementation of a business fair – showcase and promotional campaign, students put their entrepreneurial skills to the test in the real world. |
