| Description | In this course students will practice interviewing and documentation skills needed for the role of nutrition manager to prepare nutrition care plans in health care. Students will participate in nutrition assessment and screening simulations. Current best practice guidelines and industry-specific software will be used for the documentation of nutritional care plans. |
