| Description | Students will practice the oral and written communication skills needed to prepare Nutrition care plans for Health care settings. Students will participate in simulation of nutrition assessment and screening skills while applying client counseling techniques. Computerized technology will be used to document clinical assessments. Learning strategies for this course include completing in class exercises, case studies, role play and assignments. |
