| Description | This course will introduce the student to both the theoretical and entry level practice skills of the OTA. The focus will be on the practical application of the skills in the laboratory setting. A number of clinical techniques will be learned through the application of therapeutic activities in the treatment of specific conditions. Emphasis will be placed on the application of remedial and compensatory treatment techniques to occupations of daily living. |
