| Description | This course introduces the student to the principles of Risk Management as it pertains to the various laws, regulations, and codes governing the Hospitality Industry. The course is designed to create an awareness of both the risk and legal responsibilities of those employed in the industry and the powers inferred to them by law to exercise these responsibilities. The course is also designed to give students the ability to identify liabilities, negligence, and duty of care situations and problem solve them effectively. |
