| Description | This course examines various health and wellness factors and considerations essential for the development of a healthy workplace culture in both public and private organizations. Through investigating processes required for strategic change, students will gain an appreciation of the drivers that create positive organizational environments that promote employee engagement, increase productivity and innovation, and maximize employee health. A number of key stakeholder health and wellness management approaches will be explored that help to support strategic planning initiatives. |
