| Description | This course is designed to give students the ability to install, maintain and troubleshoot various types of power generation, transmission and distribution systems. The students will learn how generators operate and how power is transmitted via transformers and transmission lines. The course will also focus on the environmental impacts of power generation and will look at alternative and sustainable generation systems. |
