| Description | Students will continue to examine their role as professional practical nurses through further development of the core concepts from Semester 1 Practical Nursing. New concepts of group dynamics, conflict resolution, ethics, legal framework, health teaching and teaching/learning styles will be applied to the practical nurse role within our current health care delivery system. The student will continue to explore the College of Nurses in Ontario’s standards for nursing practice. Student activities will include teacher-directed discussion, case study analysis, small group projects and presentations.
