| Description | Broaden your perspective on the field of palliative care and apply your knowledge, skills and attitudes acquired in the theory courses to the palliative care setting. Evaluation is based on learning outcomes as well as the completion of a journal analyzing your attitudes, values, feelings, learning and problem-solving activities during the experience. Prerequisites: HP-400, HP-401, HP-402, HP-403, HP-404, HP-405 and HP-407, and medical forms completed one month prior to HP-406 start date. Medical forms can be picked up in room 2017, Warden Woods Campus during office hours. |
