| Description | The intrinsic nature of the Hospitality and Tourism Industry make it imperative for professionals in this field to know and practise effective interpersonal communication skills across a broad spectrum of careers within the industry. This course will focus on the skills required to communicate effectively with the emphasis on utilizing these interpersonal skills to research, plan and execute professional formal and informal presentations. The learner will have an opportunity to learn and work with a variety of presentation planning aids. |
