Description:

In this course, students will develop their on-camera presentations skills. During the first half of the course, students will be coached upon body language and mastering communication while in front of the camera. Personal styles will be explored in order to determine the best on-camera fit for each student. In the second half of the course, students will have the opportunity to begin exercises in the techniques of presenting on camera while creating and preparing food. Students will also have the opportunity to self- and peer-evaluate their on-camera personas during in-class exercises.
