| Description | It is necessary for managers outside of the accounting and finance area to understand the measurement bases and the underlying methodologies that are used in the finance and accounting function. Many of the decisions of the non-financial managers have an accounting or financial aspect. This course will allow a non-financial manager to understand and apply financial and managerial accounting practices and management information systems in the decision-making process. |
