| Description | Gain a detailed understanding of quality assurance principles, and how they benefit business and industry. Emphasis is on the theory of self-control, motivation and cost. Cover the principles and implementation of quality audit, vendor and customer relations, measurement control, control of non-conforming materials and corrective action.
