| Description | Designed for the novice filmmaker, Production 1 will explore basic production logistics, explaining the process by which ideas make the journey from page to camera and finally to the screen. A successful project requires strong leadership, a hardworking crew and organizational zeal every step of the way. The Producer is the person at the center of all these efforts. Through lectures, hands-on exercises, industry guest speakers and discussion, this course will provide students with practical opportunities to learn the foundational aspects of production and apply these in the creation of their own short films. |
