Description

The field seminar course provides students with a capstone learning experience, in which students will complete assignments that relate to learning more about the field, completing mock interviews, collaborating together through large and small group online work. Part of the course will assist students in developing a competitive resume and cover letter, and will help students to implement concrete job search strategies and interviewing skills through mock interviews with one another. Students will also critically reflect on their own self-care and resiliency within the field, as well as apply those strategies to their work. Finally students will look at various scenarios in the field and make informed decision on further professional development.
