| Description | This course will introduce students to history and evolution of esthetics. Roots of spa therapies from different cultures and transition to western skin care are studied. Career options are explored and defined. Particular attention will be paid to the development of professional image as it relates to the esthetic profession. Spa etiquette and customer service are areas of focus. |
