| Description | The quality of Early Childhood Education depends on the knowledge, skills and attitudes demonstrated by Early Childhood Educators. The identity of the early childhood profession will be explored in this course. As well, standards of practice will be studied to provide the student with practical strategies to enhance their professional responsibility. Ongoing professional development will be investigated as an opportunity to promote clear linkages between the theory and practice in Early Childhood Education. |
