Description

Health promotion and patient education, whether it is designed for individuals, groups or communities, requires a systematic approach to program planning. You will learn about needs assessment processes, examine a variety of program planning models, and prepare a program proposal including outcomes, objectives, marketing plans, budgeting resources and evaluation strategies. Note: This course qualifies for a transfer credit towards a post RN- nursing degree at Toronto Metropolitan University; for more information, see chart on p. 116.
