| Description | The Government of Canada’s Aid Effective Agenda since 2007 has focused on three priority themes of increasing food security, securing the future of children and youth, and stimulating sustainable economic growth. In addition, three cross-cutting themes of environmental sustainability, equality between women and men, and governance are integrated in all programs and policies. This course will provide students with an overview of the priority sectors and their major, emerging issues in order to prepare students for future development work in these sectors. |
