| Description | This course enables the learner to gain an understanding of various techniques for efficient management of the interactive project development process. Learners will develop the skills to:
The course will focus on both theory and practical skills, with a special emphasis on documentation development. Additionally, the learner will build the supporting documents for an effective presentation of their ideas. They will practice the development of presentations for the various stages in the production process, in order to share information about their project with the group. Finally, learners will practice the “soft skills” crucial to successful Project Management. |
