| Description | Project Management is a methodical approach to planning and guiding project processes from conception to completion. This course introduces students to the theory and practice of Project Management, knowledge critical in undertaking projects in museums and cultural organizations. Lessons learned will allow students to use the best of formal project management tools in order to create, manage and execute a public-facing exhibition initiated in this course and actualized in their Capstone Exhibition course in Semester 2. |
