| Description | This course provides students with necessary knowledge and skills to participate in global cooperation projects with regard to project monitoring, evaluation and reporting. Students will gain experience in designing monitoring and evaluation plans for projects, and apply a critical perspective to contemporary issues in evaluation practice. Students will become familiar with best practices and standards for data collection, management, analysis, and reporting. Case studies and applied strategies will be used to illustrate the critical components of these aspects of monitoring and evaluation. Course assignments require practical application of the knowledge and skills acquired during the course. |
