| Description | This course emphasizes planning and control process, primarily from the project manager’s perspective within a project environment. Learn the various planning techniques and how to effectively control costs to complete the project on time. Topics include developing a statement of work, cost estimation, planning work packages, risk management, conflict resolution, and setting performance measurement criteria.
