| Description | This course will focus on the discussion of factors influencing the psychogeriatric client/family/significant others. Various mental health disorders of the elderly will be examined in relation to normal aging and levels of prevention. Multidisciplinary psychogeriatric assessment tools, models for care and specialized geriatric mental health services will be evaluated. Note: You can use this course as a credit for GN-406. |
