| Description | In this course the student will review the principles of pharmacology and the RPN Standards of Practice regarding medication administration. The student will apply knowledge from physiology and pathology in relationship to psychopharmacologic in the treatment of specific mental disorders and special populations. Nursing implications, legal and ethical issues, for these specific medication classifications will be discussed. |
