| Description | This course is the second of two real estate courses taken by students in the Law Clerk Program and familiarizes students with all the steps in a residential real estate transaction on behalf of either vendor or purchaser from initial client contact, through preparation of all documentation, the principles of title searching and closing proceedings. Students will also be introduced to Conveyancer software and Teraview (electronic registration). |
