Description:

In this course students will learn the techniques and methods of research, developing and writing recipes. Recipes aren’t just a list of ingredients. There are rules that need to be created and used, and style guides that need to be created for your own personal style in order to develop a consistent product for you client base to follow. Students will research, write, develop and evaluate a recipe with the intended use for a food media presentation for several types of media.
