| Description | This course introduces the learner to the available protection and enforcement of rights of both landlords and tenants, as provided under the Residential Tenancies Act. Procedures involved in disputes as well as hearing applications are clearly examined. Students are guided through the tribunal process and discover through practical application how to proceed with a matter. |
