Description | This course is a comprehensive overview of the leadership skills required to operate a successful food and beverage business. A focus on varying leadership styles and self-reflection tools will be applied. Everyday operational challenges, including contemporary social issues and managing conflict will be discussed and addressed. Students will use leadership skills to demonstrate successful working relationships and learn how to be leaders in the unique working environment of a food and beverage organization. |
