| Description | This course is an introduction to the management of a sales force. It is offered as a senior level undergraduate marketing course or as a required components on the Post-Graduate Marketing Program. The course is offered as an elective in other program areas. It is intended to provide a solid first grounding in Sales Management. It emphasises how the manager should plan, organize, direct and evaluate sales forces in Canada today. The course has an international orientation. |
