| Description | In this course “Sculpture 3” students research, propose and make an installation art project that is a predominant sculptural form today. Students will learn that Installation artists start with the concept before material, and that installation art can be made of tangible materials like plaster, steel, or fiber, or from intangible media like interactive digital works, projection, light, and sound. In this course, students will also learn about opportunities for making public art, a desired forum for the artist working in 3-dimensional media. |
