| Description | Examine the process, dynamics and issues inherent in the provision of services/care to clients and their families in the palliative phase of illness. Topics include interdisciplinary team functioning, community and institutional models of service delivery, assessment and program/care planning, volunteerism and the integration of community resources. Address adult learning and education to meet the informational needs of clients, families and volunteers. |
