| Description | Students learn effective approaches to leadership and team collaboration. The shift from a traditional workplace emphasizing individual effort to a more flexible team environment also students to understand processes that affect their participation in rewarding work. The course explores changing workplace dynamics while addressing successful team formation and outcomes. It examines personal styles within the context of developing effective teams and enables students to confidently manage challenges in a safe and supportive environment. Evaluation and critical analysis of web resources, in addition to primary research will help shape student’s critical analysis skills. |
