| Description | This course is designed to introduce the students to the therapeutic nature of the relationship needed when introducing clients to the spa setting. Students will develop skills to recognize and respect the needs of clients as they work with the various practitioners in the setting and how excellent communication skills enhance their visit. Through role-playing, students will practice a variety of techniques that can be utilized to make a spa experience an enjoyable encounter. |
