This course introduces students to crucial research concepts and skills to help them develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of industry change. Through exploring subjects such as consumer motivations, technological innovations, and the growth of niche and specialty travel that is shaping modern tourism, students will learn to develop hospitality and tourism services and products that are informed by data and analytics.
