| Description | Effective staffing, recruitment and selection can make a tremendous contribution to the overall performance of an organization and to the welfare of its individual members. Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to design and implement efficient and effective recruitment and selection strategies to ensure that organizations have adequate human resources to attain their operational and strategic goals.
