Description | This course is intended to provide the students with an introduction to Automotive Suspension and Hydraulic Brake Systems. It is designed to give both a theoretical and practical instruction on the various systems, which allow the vehicle to provide both ride comfort while maintaining control and stability. Emphasis will be placed on identifying, and explaining the components that are used to make up the various systems as well as their purposes and operation. The learners will become aware of the many other factors and specifications that will affect the vehicles handling, control, and utilize some of the specialized tools and equipment required for the servicing and testing. |
